Kelly Nash was raised in Davie Florida Davie Florida, which is located just outside Fort Lauderdale. Kelly Nash spent her childhood boating and fishing alongside her father Ed Nash. Her sisters are Kaitlyn Nash, and Carolyn Nash. Kelly Nash is from the English, Irish and Swedish Ethnic groups. Her great-grandfather emigrated to the United States from Portugal.

 Kelly Nash loved the Miami Marlins from a young age. Although Nash was always passionate about sports, she was always dreaming of becoming a news anchor. Kelly Nash, a 2006 graduate of Clemson University in Clemson (South Carolina) having an undergraduate degree in Communication and Media Studies. In 2009, she graduated from Clemson University with a master's degree in Youth Development Leadership. She had received a full athletic scholarship from the Clemson Athletic Department as a condition of covering their Baseball and soccer teams in the Sports information Department Career

 Kelly Nash is a MLB Network studio host. She appears on numerous shows, such as Quick Pitch (nightly highlights) and Quick Pitch (quick pitch). Additionally, she is an NHL Network Studio host. She appears on the Nightly Game recap show, On The Fly. She Joined the MLB Network in March 2015 and Began contributing to the NHL Network in 2015 when NHL Network's daily on-air Operations became based out of the MLB Network's headquarters.
